Experience the Elegance
of Handcrafted Wine

We pride ourselves on creating great wine with the same hard work and passion our ancestors put into their wine.

Our Story

Katie and Beth Talarico inherited the cultural tradition of eating maccheroni every Sunday with their family, topped with their Grandma’s century-old sauce recipe. They also learned the art of winemaking from their dad, which became a regular part of Sunday dinner and eventually led them to start Papa Joe’s Wine Cellar and later, to open Piazza Talarico, a restaurant serving traditional Italian food and wine in Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood.
