Paris well with: Red sauce, pork, sharp cheeses

Winemaker’s Note: “New World” Montepulciano is higher in tannins and lower in acidity than its Italian counterpart Papa Joe’s 2016 Montepulciano won a gold metal at the San Francisco Chronicle International Wine Competition
